Is it that he disregarded altogether, and never t so
much as took the trouble to look at a document, in and by
which he had as above been informed already informed that the
information he is here calling for was already given?
This is one inference I should not have been was inclined
to draw, till I observed that declarations made standing one
after another on the face of the very Account he was
thus inspecting, were no less compleatly unnoticed without notice
than the document which was no otherwise included
in it than in the way of reference.
