Draught of Contract.
It had been settled by me with him, and to his perfect
satisfaction that whatsoever remuneration he was to receive
for his part in the business should be not in the usual shape
of a percentage in the expenditure, but in the shape of an aAnnuity, which

Neither I nor my Brother know at present of any person
by whom that loss could be replaced. And in regard to my
Brother whatever occasional advice advice and information, in
