Estimate of the damage that will be sustained by me Mary Fortey Widow
Occupier of the Public House called the Ship at Mill Bank Westminster
in the went of any being obliged in virtue of a Notice from Government
dated the 6th of this instant March 1800, to quit my possession of the
same together with my interest in certain other Premises thereto adjoining
and held under the same Lease all of them being paved of the Estate
late belonging to the Marquis of Salisbury at Mill Bank aforesaid.—
The Lease was granted by Mr.. Francis Foley (the intermediate
Tenant to the Marquis of Salisbury) to Mr Benjamin Hodges as Executor
to my late Husband John Fortey (whom I succeeded in the occupation of
the said Publick House) and Trustees for me.—
The commencement of the said lease is on the — — — 24th June 1793
