§. 4. wrongful transference of
title
art 1. §. 4. § 4 wrongful transference of title to property
is where a certain person possessing a good
and sufficient title to the article of property in question,
the wronger performs some unlawful acts, in
consequence whereof, until the existance of the
wrong has been observed and duly proved, the title
in question has ceased to be in the possession of
the wrongee and has come to be in the possession
of some other person; or say has from the wrongee
passed to some other person.
