1. Pennsylvania Prison Rates, as per experience of
those quarters ending of a Year ending August 1, 1796.
2. New York Prison Rate, as per experience Ao of the Year 1801.
3. New York Prison Rate, as per experience, Aoof the Year 1802
4. Rate — resulting from the Opinion pronounced in and by the Evidence
delivered by of Sir George Paul Baronet to the Parliamentary Committee Ao 1811, as per Report dated
31 May 1811, in relation to the
expense of a Penitentiary House, with the exception of
that of the Official Establishment, and compared with
the Opinion declared delivered on the same occasion by
the Reverend Mr Baker in relation to the expense
of an Official establishment for a Prison on the Plan
here in question containing 1000 Prisoners. — Say for Say
Say for shortness. Sir George Paul and Mr Baker's
Estimated Rate.
5. Rate, resulting from the Account, stated spoken of by
the said Mr Baker as above, as the Account for two years of the
ending (as supposed) the 25th Decr 1810, of the Nottinghamshire House of Correction at Southwell,
and the Estimate therefore deduced by him for the
two years, made viz. Say for shortness Southwell
Rate for one q two Years ending 25 Decr 1810.
6. Rate, resulting from an Account for one
quarter, ending (as supposed) on the same 25th of Decr
1810, for the same Prison referred to by the same
Gentleman, and printed in a the abovementioned
Report. — Say for shortness Southwell Rate for one
quarter ending 25 Decr 1810.
