(4) 4 Observations

V. As to the 5th Rate viz. Southwell rate for 2 years ending 25 Decr 1810
In relation to this 5th Rate of profit, being the first of
the two deduced from the evidence of the said Reverend Mr Baker,
the follo observations to the somesuch effect as the following may
perhaps present themselves —

Observations

I. For or against the Claimant. Here, in this 5th case, is the same
nakedness — the same want of support from Accounts, —
in the 4th case coupled accompanied with the same opportunity
of producing Accounts, as in the 4th case. Nor
are the two y is it altogether clear what the period of
"two years" is, which is the here there spoken of meant to be spoken of; referred to i.e. what is
the day, or month or year on which it ends. A Table
In the Report a Table is printed Accounts relative to
this same Prison are printed in form of a Table:
in the course of which Accounts, a year is spoken
of under the name of "the last year" But in the title
of this Table though the word Year is inserted not in the place instead
of the figures by which the year should have been expressed,
is left a bla stands a vacant an unfilled space. The At the
bottom of the Table is stands a sig name signed: but neither
be the is this signature, is a any more than the Title accompanied with a date.

Answer: It is This, as above, is among the documents which,
in the state in question, the Commission thought fit to receive,
and on the ground of which, to the effect in question, they thought fit to
act.

II. For the Claimant. Some Observations, No 1,2,3
and 4, the same as those which b were brought to view,
in relation to Cases 1,2,3 and 4, as above.
