doubt can be entertained of a very considerable saving of expence<lb/> | |||
by concentrating all prosecutions on account of the Public under one<lb/> | |||
management and by reducing to System the various disjointed Branches<lb/> | |||
of Police expenditure and bringing the whole under responsible<lb/> | |||
