And to the end that every each one may be
supposed have full and constant information have knowledge as much as may be of
have full and continued information of the difference tenor of
the laws on by which his conduct is required to
be governed, and that neither may be expected to
suffer for want thereof be it enacted that
the several events on which the Bondsman is to
case shall be as specified in upon the face of the body of the
Bond: and as also that the events upon which the
obligation of the Ward to enter into the Metasylum
takes place shall be specified upon the face of the Assignment
made of the Wardship to by the Governor
to the Friendly Bondsman shall be specified
the several events upon any of which the obligation
of the Ward to enter into the Metasylum
will take place; together with notice of what he
is to do accordingly and under what penalties.

A Woman Woman not being married may
become "Friendly Bondswoman: on her marriage
her Bondsmanship the obligation contained resulting
in her from her Bond devolves upon her Husband.
The provision herein contained relative to Bondsmen,
extend accordingly mutatis mutandis to Bondswomen,
and to the obligations contained in the Bond of such
Bondswoman shall be added that of giving in the event
of her marriage due notice thereof, and that
in such manner that her husband may at any time
be found.
