6. That it would be a very heavy inconvenience and
expense to me where I to be obliged to do the same travel in like manner for the
purpose of re-executing on my part the said
Assignment.

II. Request

This is therefore humbly to request —

1. That in pursuance of the said Statute you would
be pleased to send the said Bond to the Town
of [] in the County of [] to the Post Master there that he
may see the said F.G. and your Petitioner re
re-execute the same.

2. Also a proper Renewal made by your Honour of the Assignment of
the my Wardship that he the said Post Master
may see the said F.G. [and me your Petitioner]
re- execute the same. ☞ If the Ward living at a distance from the Guardian
desires to have the Assignment sent for him
to re-execute at a different town from that chosen
by the Guardian then let him add

3. Also to send the said Renewal of Assignment when re-executed
as aforesaid to send to the Post Master of the
Town of in the County of that
he may see me your Petitioner execute to your the
same.

For in so doing you will much oblige
