Art. 12. If the abode of such intended Visitor as given

other Places Habitulous in which he or she passed the same
nights immediately preceding the day of said intended
Visit.

Art. 13. Any such intended Visitor may moreover under
same penalties and with the same powers as aforesaid,
be further examined by either the said Governor his any pusher of the Penn, or by the
Deputy Go a Sub-Governor o the Chaplain of the said House for which purpose
an oath may may be administered by the said
Chaplain: and such examination may be to the same
effect as that herein above prescribed in relation to
persons proffering themselves in the capacity of Friendly Guardian.
