Art. 2 At a proper time before the periodical first day
of commencement every subsequent periodical sitting of such
every such Court the G viz: at the respective times when
by the course of the Post the copies so sent
would arrive at the respective places a day a few
or two days preceding such first day as aforesaid
the Governor shall moreover cause to be sent
in like manner a supplemental similar list of all
such Prisoners as have been received since
the making of the last preceding dispatch as above mentioned

From such original the Table together with
every such supplemental Table as soon as they
are respectively received the officer aforesaid shall
compleat

From every such supplemental Table list
as they respectively arrive the said Officer shall proceed to compleat the said such
original table lists either by insertions or by a fresh
copy as convenience shall require, as soon as into one general
they respectively arrive and standing Table of which
Penitentiary Prisoners Received and Discharged: which
table he shall cause to be kept constantly being up
in some accessible part place in or about the place of sitting of the Court where the
same may be conspicuous and generally accessible.
