Sect. III entitled Purchase of Land.
Art. 1. The said Such Contract being as abovementioned
being duly signed, and duplicate thereof filed as
abovementioned, and the said Sum of £6600
duly paid as herein after mentioned under with consider the said
reservation of each contingent/eventual addition as is also herein after mentioned, the said Jeremy Bentham [+] [+] or any person duly

appointed Governor
of the said
intended Penitentiary
House may forthwith in person
or by any Agent follow at any time within two
Years from the passing of this Act make entry
upon the premises or any part thereof and thereby taking
take seizin and possession of the same: which said entry and
