Art. 16. Of such receipt which may be according to the
Form marked [C.7.]

Art. 15. Of such receipt there shall be triplicated originals; one
which thereof the said Postmaster may retain for his own
use: the remaining forthwith ones shall forthwith be
use: another shall be transmitted sent by him by
Post sent by him by the Post, the one to the Governor as aforesaid: the remaining
other shall be sent by him in like manner to the
General Post Office when it shall be in London, where the duly same shall be duly preserved by the proper
