there may be occasion for the said A.W. with or without
his said Guardian to pass, requiring them to
yield unto him the said F.G. in that behalf all such assistance
as for the safe-custody and conveyance of the
said A.W. during the said journey shall be necessary.

Wherefor in compliance with such the proper request aforesaid In consideration whereof
I do hereby grant unto the said F.G. such my
Warrants, which are as follows: viz.

A.W. quondam Penitential-Man to the Metasylum

This is in his Majesty's namebe remitt in pursuance
of the Statute aforesaid Sect. VIII, Art. the body of the said
A.W. quondam late Penitentiary-Man and now your Ward under the said Statute to apprehend wheresoever
the same may be found, and the same to convey to the
Metasylum in there to be dealt with according
to the said Act. Given Witness my hand this
at the day time and place aforesaid.

F.13 Warrant of Assistance.

To all Sheriffs, Bailiffs, Constables and other Officers
and Ministers of our Lord the King as well within Liberties as without to whom thise presents Warrant
shall come, greeting:

This is in his Majesty's name Whereas by my Warrant
of Caption and Conveyance hereto annexed directed
to F.G. therein mentioned I have authorized him the said F.G. the
body of A.W. therein mentioned to apprehend and the
same to convey to the Metasylum in
This is in his Majesty's name and by authority of the Statute therein mentioned to require you that
in case that said F.G. allows by complaint of the said E.G.
or if otherwise it should shall appear to you that he the said F.G.
experienced or is likely to experience any ba hindrance or molestation in
the execution of the aforesaid Warrant, you fail not to yield him within your respective jurisdictions all such assistance in that behalf as may be necessary to usefulness effect enable him to effect with or if necessary without the him the said F.G. to effect such conveyance as aforesaid.
