Instructions to the Annuitant:

Instructions stating the provisions of law of
which it is the Annuitant he and others are concerned
to be informed in relation to this Grant.

Article Art 1 Payments due upon this Annuity Grant are of right (unless at your
request otherwise ordered ) as below) Art. 3.)
to be always made at the said Penitentiary
House: and (unless for your as aforesaid benefit otherwise ordered as below Art 2) by the Governor
each half-yearly sum payment will, on the day when the same
is become due, or so soon after as it is claimed, be made
a

Art. 2. For the your benefit, of the Annuitant, the Governor
if at any time the Annuitant at you should in the judgment
of the Governor, be not not capable of likely to take due care of such a
sum, so in such manner as to make the same to last untill the
next half yearly payment shall become due,
the Governor he may instead of paying it all at once, keep it back may retain the in so far as
to pay it out to you in quarterly, monthly, weekly or
other installments [34 Geo: 3. ch. §§6. art.] Also
Art. 3. By the indulgence of the Governor, in case the of

convenient to receive his the money at or in the neighbourhood

situated: and for this purpose proper instructions
and printed forms are prepared which may in that case be had
