duly signed. kindness so to do. But this is at his discretion
said Post Master's discretion, and the payment
at his risk: insomuch that if it should
turn out that either that the Annuitant
was not living at the time of such payment,
or that the money did not come into his hands,
the Post Master will have to refund the money to
the Governor as aforesaid.
