<p>Dear Sir,</p>
 
<p>I have sent you the inclosed<lb/>
as instructions for a bill to be immediately<lb/>
filed ag<hi rend="superscript">st</hi> M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Fermor the present<lb/>
owner who is the son of the<lb/>
Original Mortgagee for the principal<lb/>
and interest due to M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Acton. – This<lb/>
step would not have been taken so<lb/>
hastily had not M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> young the partner<lb/>
of M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Mills in parliament<lb/>
Street written us a most unhandsome<lb/>
and impertinent letter<lb/>
after having troubled us to write<lb/>
four to him before he replied at<lb/>
all. – You will wait upon them<lb/>
with the <unclear>Spa</unclear> if possible tomorrow<lb/>
&amp; the longer you make the<lb/>
bill, the better you will please<lb/>
me as I have a great desire to<lb/>
to make these Gentlemen know<lb/>
themselves.</p>

Dear Sir,

I have sent you the inclosed
as instructions for a bill to be immediately
filed agst Mr Fermor the present
