had arrived at Lisbon in a French Brig. The project of a law for<lb/> | |||
the establishment of a National Bank had been approved of,<lb/> | |||
with some few alterations, & it was expected would be immediately<lb/> | |||
sanctioned by the King. The effect of this circumstance on<lb/> | |||
the Market at Lisbon was so great, as to improve the value of<lb/> | |||
