J.B. to Treasury Letter 11

This, Sir, is clearly in every other particular than
the contendent fixation of the day and the set responsibility
of the form subjection to the law (I mean to the burthensome sense of the
word responsibility) does the appellation do the characters of Bankruptcy

Well, Sir, in the d I will accept, if

bread: but I do not accept it, but for these reasons
and declaring these to be my reasons, and because
it has ben been my misfortune to have for my
