from Mr Secretary Long dated the 18th 20th of February
last received Your Lordships directions
the sum of £12,000, being the consideration
money for the said purchase (subject however
to divers Leases at will and for years outstanding
thereon) being paid by the hands
of Your Memorialist a warrant for the said by warrant from
sum having been delivered to him by Your
