<p>The proposition that the <add>compleat</add> exercise of the appellate jurisdiction<lb/>
 
of the House by the <add>hands of the</add> House itself is become impracticable <add>no longer<lb/>
 
practicable, meaning the compleat exercise</add>, being established by an experience of the years<lb/>
and universally recognised, the necessary result <add>undeniable conclusion</add> is<lb/>
that <del>as to</del> if no distinction be made, either it must<lb/>
cease for ever to be exercised, or be <del>exercised</del> under the authority<lb/>
of the House be exercised <add>in part at least</add> by some other hands.</p>

that as to if no distinction be made, either it must
cease for ever to be exercised, or be exercised under the authority
of the House be exercised in part at least by some other hands.

Accordingly, if the author of this humble proposal hase not been misinformed An idea has accordingly it be said, been sometimes in contemplation
of transferring the whole or a part of the business
to one Committee, viz. an ordinary Committee of the House,
– to action through the recess of Parliament.

Anxious to see witness the application whatsoever beneficial remedy can be applied to
so great mis evil, desirous wishing not to rather to afford facility assistance
than obstruction to any other plan other plans directed to the same hand by more
competent hands to the same end – the author proposer will in
the first place suggest whatsoever appears such expedients appear to him to be
afforded by admitted of the nature of the case, first facilitating the dispatch execution
of the task by an ordinary Committee – and then
