Art. 17. Assistants of the first order, Assistants of the | |||
second order, Assistants of the third order. By these several appellations | |||
may the three sorts of intermediate Assistants be distinguished. | |||
But from which of the two subject matters of reference shell the | |||
numeration take its commencement? Say, from the party, he | |||
being the person to whom the assistance is administered. Immediate | |||
Assistant and trustee to the party in this last case, the guardian: | |||
Intermediate Assistants and trustees, the two professional men, as | |||
above. | |||

Members too numerous to act as suitors, without confusion. | |||
