Review of Humphreys Conclusion
H's merits. Ministers him
up!

§ Conclusion

Ungrounded as it would be, unhappily nothing at the same time could
be more natural, from the observation of the particular imperfections thus
printed out to infer a general want of absence of usefulness
and meritoriousness in the aggregatewhole character of the event:
nothing more natural; namely an account of the number of
the particular instance and the space magnitude quantity of the space
reed for the expilation of them: yet at the same time
ungrounded because in comparison of the mass of imperfection
under by which he found the field labouringincumbered, and of
which he has cleared it, whatever could be discovered as
remaining would be found to be but as a drop of water in
the bucket

As to meritoriousness reference had to designsintentions and
motives, the work may be stated as the brightest example
of a generous and beneficient philanthropic ambition that put over ever was

Here would be a man for Parliament!

If Mr Peel really be what he professes to be, a
reformist, but will be an opportunity for him to clear
than doubts, and some nor are they by any means ungrounded
ones, as to his pretensionary to that character. Mr Peel
