<p>(a)  By a strange anomaly <del>utter</del> in speaking of or to a person<lb/>
of adult age Master though so written is more pronounced<lb/>
otherwise than <hi rend="underline">Mister</hi>, in which form it is never written,<lb/>
applied to a non-adult it is <add>commonly</add> pronounced as written Master's<lb/>
but the age at which the <add>change in</add> pronunciation takes place is not<lb/>
determined.</p>
<p>In a Justice Chamber this proposition is not without its use.<lb/>
<del>It is</del> Applied to all it is a testimony of their respect which it is of use<lb/>
to all should be paid <add>manifested</add> by every one to every other:  applied to the Judge it<lb/>
is more particularly <del>of <gap/></del> apposite and of use <add>useful</add> he being to the purpose of<lb/>

§. 3. Mode Form of address.

Art. 1. In the Justice Chamber, in speaking to as
