<p><add>In</add> The substantive part of the <unclear>Pannomia</unclear> <add>in the first place</add> the Wrongs<lb/>
positive and negative are enumerated, <unclear>defined</unclear> and explained<lb/>
in the next place, the several remedies having been<lb/>
enumerated and explained in <del>the</del> Book 1 of the Penal<lb/>
Code, the application ordained to be made of them, with reference<lb/>
to the several wrongs respectively is all along subjoined.</p>
<p>Here in the <unclear>Adjective</unclear> or Procedure part of the Pannomia<lb/>
under the general head of Means will be required to be stated the course<lb/>
to be taken <add>for the <gap/> applying</add> in the case of each wrong that one of the several<lb/>
<add>abovementioned</add> remedies that belongs to the case.</p>
<p>Correspondent to these remedies will be the set of <hi rend="underline">applications</hi><lb/>
by which on the part of the Suitor <add>the application of</add> the remedy suited<lb/>
to the wrong he complains of or called for at the hands of<lb/>
the Judge.  1. <hi rend="underline">Satisfactory</hi> on one or more of its modes this remedy<lb/>

§. 1. Connection of this topic with that of Remedies in the Substantive Code

In The substantive part of the Pannomia in the first place the Wrongs
positive and negative are enumerated, defined and explained
in the next place, the several remedies having been
enumerated and explained in the Book 1 of the Penal
Code, the application ordained to be made of them, with reference
to the several wrongs respectively is all along subjoined.

Here in the Adjective or Procedure part of the Pannomia
under the general head of Means will be required to be stated the course
to be taken for the applying in the case of each wrong that one of the several
abovementioned remedies that belongs to the case.

Correspondent to these remedies will be the set of applications
by which on the part of the Suitor the application of the remedy suited
to the wrong he complains of or called for at the hands of
