<p>Instruments of injury <add>delinquency</add> – instruments by the use of which<lb/>
that which would otherwise have been <unclear>innoxious</unclear> <add>or at least uninjurious</add> is<lb/>
<add>or may be</add> rendered <del>inj</del> noxious or at least injurious.<lb/>
1. Physical force.  2. Intimidation.  3. Corruption<lb/>
i.e. Corruptive remuneration.  4. <add>Deception namely</add> Falshood:  mendacious<lb/>
or temerarious.  Physical force applies itself to<lb/>
corporal faculty:  intimidation and corruptive remuneration to the<lb/>
<hi rend="underline">will</hi>:  falshood to the understanding.</p>
<p>Of these instruments of injury the conception applies<lb/>
in a more particular manner to Property-affecting<lb/>
Information or say <add>to</add> Damnification.<lb/>
In every situation in life in which property is in<lb/>
question – in particular all all commercial intercourse<lb/>
there is competition.  In so far as competition has<lb/>
place damnification substractive or at least preventive<lb/>
has place – whatsoever one man <del><gap/></del> retains or <del><gap/></del> acquires,<lb/>
another man loses or fails to acquire.</p>

Ch. Instruments of Evil
in the shape of Delinquency

Instruments of injury delinquency – instruments by the use of which
that which would otherwise have been innoxious or at least uninjurious is
or may be rendered inj noxious or at least injurious.
1. Physical force. 2. Intimidation. 3. Corruption
i.e. Corruptive remuneration. 4. Deception namely Falshood: mendacious
or temerarious. Physical force applies itself to
corporal faculty: intimidation and corruptive remuneration to the
will: falshood to the understanding.

Of these instruments of injury the conception applies
in a more particular manner to Property-affecting
Information or say to Damnification.
