§.10. Judge's Self-Supletive function

Enactive Expositive Ratiocinative. Expositive

To Judge principal
power and obligation
to locate
dislocable Deputes

Art. 1. Lest the business of the Office should, at any
time, though it were but for a day, be at a stand, —
to every Judge Immediate, belongs the power of self-supply
with the obligation of keeping it in exercise. It is Exercised
