3. 4. Another omission Two more omissions.
By the Act of 1805 §. 8 "all regulations therein
("herein" it says) "contained respecting Prizes shall apply" (it is declared)
not only "to all cases of Bounty money" (it says) "granted by this
"Act" but moreover to all cases "of Salvage upon recaptures
"from his Majesty's Enemies".
Now of Salvage money Schedule (A) says nothing:
no more as little does any other part of this amending
