Sinecures
At this juncture in on comes once more the alpha
Genius of the alphabet: and after having had so long a
respite breathing time stalks in in the character of a "Giant Refreshed"
and keeps possession of the field, fixing by determining fixing
with undisturbed authority the fate and the situation of
articles more, being all that remain upon the list.
Throughout All over Scotland No 8 Appendix No 82, the
Genius of the alphabet reigns with undisturbed and
undisputed sway: fixing during his stay in that
country part of the United Kingdom the situation of the several articles Nos 25 in
number that belong to it.
Passing over now to Ireland Appendix No 83

He reigns with eyes though not without a slight rebuff he maintains exercises a predominant influence over the situation
being forced to make a slight of the first 15 articles
though not some disturbance received at the outset a shock from the principle genius of dignity
a shock the effects of which are rendered visible by the concessions
he is forced to make in relation to some
