<p>2.  Of the whole number of articles exhibited in this<lb/>
 
N<hi rend="superscript">o</hi> 72 although by the adjunct <del><gap/> gross</del> "<hi rend="underline">gross</hi>" prefixed<lb/>
 
to the word "<hi rend="underline">amount</hi>" <add>in the title to the Column of terms</add> intimation is given of the existence<lb/>
of deductions as having place in relation to every sum<lb/>
contained in it, there are but two <add>articles</add> in which the sums<lb/>
respectively to be deducted, are so much as professed to be given.<lb/>
These are <add>Lord Arden</add> the Admiralty Registrarship <del>£</del> gross amount £33,478<lb/>
"the deductions <add>out</add> of which" (it is said) are stated in the Return<lb/>
to be £23,733:and the <add>first of the</add> same Noble Lord's other two Registrarship, viz. that "of the High Court of Appeals for<lb/>
Prizes <add>Gross amount £5,188</add> deductions stated in the same terms at £2,279.</p>
<p>In relation to the largest <add>at least</add> of these two masses of deductions<lb/>
in the breast <add>on the part</add> of any person in whose breast a real desire were<lb/>
entertained of conveying and for the purpose of conveying of<lb/>
obtaining <del><add>the info</add> in relation to this article</del> in a compleat as well<lb/>
as correct state, the information belonging to this article,<lb/>
a <add>the</add> desire <add>a curiosity</add> would one should have thought have been apt to<lb/>
be entertained in relation to the items of which so<lb/>

so large a portion as £23,000 odd missed its way into<lb/>

2. Of the whole number of articles exhibited in this
