In regard to the articles contained in this statement
marked No 3, compared with that No marked No 1
communicated by one knows not who and which as
above consists contains of 7 articles and those without any title
of its own stands next first after the set designation of the
No in the Appendix, viz. No 79 and has for its title
Reversions and Offices held for joint Lives, in Ireland
the same difficulty occurs as that which has been
already brought to view in relation to the communication
from Dublin Castle marked No 1.

In the unnumbered papers what we have is a
list of reversions which without ever having been granted
are held: in the numbered one Noo 3 what we have is
a list of reversions which though granted are not upon
the list of those that are stated as being "held".

Those expectancies, Joint-lives Offices and Reversions
taken together, those expectancies the list of which
is gi stands has in the Appendix precedence over the three
several papers bearing date in Ireland and transmitted
from the Castle, when and how and from what sources
were they collected? As Was it before not till after the communications
communications were received from Ireland? hen
why are they placed before them, and not after them
and in the character of a supplement. But
at what relative point of soever time, the supplement, for such
it appears to be in effect, was drawn up, what sort of confidence
is it that can be placed. I mean as in regard to its compleatness
in the whole mass of Irish information in this head taken together?
