First, as to universal admissibility.</p>

to this head, the following positions or observations<lb/>
to be brought to view.</p>

the part of the workman and his work will be modified.</p>

interest, strengthened by interest-begotten and other prejudices.</p>
<p>4.  In each such situation the influence of such sinister<lb/>
interests and prejudices receives encrease  <add><del>encrease</del></add> proportioned<lb/>

proportion to the number of the hands.</p>
<p>5.  As between part and part, regard for consistency<lb/>
