Procedure Code

Art. 5. For termination, in a case in which
without prejudice as above, removal can not be effected hae place,
he will employ in case of need, against particular by deportment
against contemptuous or menacing deportment, the straight
waistcoat or the double boot, or both.

Art. 6. For termination in the later case, he
will employ in case of need, against disturbing noise
particular oral noise by voice, or contemptuous or menacing
language, the gagging machine.

Art. 7. By the strait waistcoat understand
the habitument commonly employed for the later Jury
purpose in the case of a person insane: an habitument,
which by being fastened by ties or buttons rend the body
and arms at the same time, confines renders the arms motionless.

Art. 8. By the double boot understand a
receptacle for the legs, which both legs being introduced
into it at the same time render the legs motionless.

Art. 9. By the gagging machine understand
a machine which being introduced into the mouth is
rendered by screws a screw susceptible of different degrees of distension
according to the extreme distance between the jaws. The use
of the screw is to produce the silencing effect with the minimum
of pain if any such there be without pain, or if
any with the minimum of pain.
