2. A According To injustice considered as having for its source
misconduct on the part of the Judge, the appropriate direct remedy
consists in the institution of a superintending super-ordinate judicature, occupied
in the superintendence and controul of the proceedings
of that those tribunals into which a cause is brought, or
capable of being brought in the first or former instance.

Under this head topic, the following superordinate topics of inquiry
present themselves.
