Judges – Number

In both we may observe the licentiousness of
voluntary absentation non-attendance and the species of corruption which
it covers licences raging without controul: and in the
exercise of a that unsuitable part of their ordina authority which
though legislative in name is in reality more of a
judicial nature, we may see attendance favour
under the name of attendance openly sollicited by
