§. 2. Relation to Judge
Enactive.
Art. A Judge Depute permanent may Art. 13. Contested interpretation function. To form a

in case of sickness or vacancy as per Ch. Judicatory vacancy as per Art. 8. or sickness or distraction as per Art. 9.
Collectively §. Exception is where Unless the case be such that
before the decision, of the Judge principal or of such his substitute
could take effect, – irreparable damage would
probably be ensue; in which case a clause stating the giving indication
