reason can thus be for inhibiting him from<lb/>
occupying it.</p>

Penal Code

§. 7.

Art. 1. Wrongful occupation of property, is
where a person not entitled to occupy the subject
matter in question does so notwithstanding.

N.B. The reason why this head is postponed
to the others is, that by such occupation,
either the actual occupation or the title of
the rightful occupier, experiences more or
less of disturbance: for suppose no damage
in any shape to befall any person whatsoever
upon the occupation of the thing in
question, by the occupier in question, no
