force of law comes to be taken for the subject of a consideration,
in it may be seen a compound, in relation
to which two points ingredients come present themselves for consideration; and between them the relation and connection the , that neither of them being, in the nature of things
neither capable of receiving a decision, but unless that, from that same
decision the other will have been received its decision
