The Judge is the person by whom appellation name by which
where there is but one by whom this power d the exercise
given to it being directed by thus same end is designatant.
Simplicity has Whom thus is the appellation employed, simplicity
has place in the utmost degree which the nature of
things admitts of: but suppose any other, and thereby any greater
number to be the number of those by to whom the whole of it this power or any portion share
of in it is possessed and complication, to a greater or less degree
is the inreductible result inseparable consequence
