Art. 1. By the Judiciary establishment the Judicatory Judiciary Establishment understand the
aggregate of all the persons and all things at all times belonging
to the Judiciary Department: as to which see Ch. XV. Authorities.

Expositive
Art. 2. By a Judicatory understand the aggregate
composed of all persons functionaries at all times employed in the exercise
of any the aggregate or say collective judicial functions within the territory of this State;
or any in the territory of any other State in virtue of an
authority or say commission issued lawfully emanating from
any functionary, exercising any such aggregate or say collective
judicial function within the territory of this State. For the
elementary judicial functions of which the abovementioned
aggregate function is composed see §.9.
