Art. 17. Art. 11. By a Local Headman's Registrar,
or say a Local Registrar understand a functionary, by by whom, in each
BisSubdistrict, are exercised with relation to the proceedings
of the Local Headman the functions the
same as those which, by an Immediate Judiciary Judiciary Registrar
are exercised, as per Art with relation
to the proceedings of an Immediate Judge: as also divers
other functions, by which, the in the so many corresponding forms
