Art. 5.

Art. 1. To each Judicatory belongs its local field
of service.

Art. 2. For this purpose, the whole territory of
the country is divided into Immediate Judicial Districts. and Judicial
Sub Districts

the local fields of service of the Appellate Judicatories

Art. 4. Of the Judiciary Sub Districts the dimensions,
and consequently the number of each in the whole
territory of the State, will be determined by these thus determined —
the seat of the principal Justice Chamber being
