<p><hi rend="underline">Enactive</hi><lb/>
Art. 1. To each Judicatory belongs its <hi rend="underline">local</hi>, and<lb/>
<hi rend="underline">logical</hi>, field of service.</p>
 
<p><hi rend="underline">Expositive</hi><lb/>
Art. 2. By the <hi rend="underline">local</hi> field of the service of a Judicatory<lb/>
understand the portion of <hi rend="underline">territory</hi>, within which the several<lb/>
<hi rend="underline">operations</hi>, by which obedience is paid to the <del>several</del> <add><unclear>thereto</unclear></add><lb/>
corresponding mandates of the Judges, may according to<lb/>
law be performed</p>
 
<p>Expositive<lb/>
Art. 3. By the <hi rend="underline">logical</hi> field of the service of a<lb/>
Judicatory, understand the ideal space within which are<lb/>
comprehended the several <hi rend="underline">sorts of suits</hi>, on the occasion<lb/>
of which the several <hi rend="underline">operations</hi>, (as per Art. 2.) may according<lb/>
to law, be performed: the several sorts of suits,<lb/>
together with all other sorts of applications made to a Judge<lb/>
as such. For the several <del><hi rend="underline"><add>Expositive</add></hi></del> sorts of suits, and other<lb/>
applications, <del><add>Art. 4.</add></del> see the Procedure Code</p>

§.6. Fields of service

Enactive
Art. 1. To each Judicatory belongs its local, and
