Art. 3. In virtue of his non-distinctive functions,<lb/>

<p>2. &#x2014; as to his own <hi rend="underline">office</hi>, or say <hi rend="underline">situation</hi>, the <hi rend="underline">self-<lb/>

employed <add>habitually or occasionally,</add> in the exercise of his other functions, the<lb/>
