Art. 811 According to the relative situation of the functionary sendby,

The mental faculties again are either the intellectual, or

Judge 'a supra' to the volitional faculty of a functionary
or any other person is stiled a mandate: which
may be either justice, or inhibitive or say prohibitive:

positive act; inhibitive, or say prohibitive, in so far as a where it is a
regular act, consisting in substance from the performance of
some positive act.
