§.12. Aid-compellg function

Art. 6. Exceptions excepted, every person of whatever sex
and whatever age
is bound to on requisition to give aid
to any functionary for the purpose of and when occupied
in
giving execution and effect to any part of the law.

Exceptions are —

1. Where, in making making the requisition the functionary
in question acts in disobedience to the orders or in opposition
