<p>Art. 5. If, on the occasion in question, the party<lb/>
or parties Appellant have the assistance of a <del>Law practitioner</del> <add><hi rend="underline">professional Lawyer</hi></add>,<lb/>
<add>as per Ch. XXII,</add> there will be the less need of any such <unclear>awaiting</unclear><lb/>
<add>as per Art. 3.</add> on the part of the Judge. If, <del>they</del> for want of appropriate<lb/>
knowledge, judgment, or active aptitude they appear<lb/>
insufficiently qualified to do justice to their own <unclear>cause</unclear>,<lb/>
and at the same time not unable to bear the <sic>expence</sic><lb/>
of professional assistance, he will, if he sees reason<lb/>
advise them to procure such assistance: if <del>they</del> in<lb/>
his view <add>through want of pecuniary means</add> are unable, he will, <del><gap/></del> call <del>all</del><lb/>
in on their behalf the assistance of the <hi rend="underline">Defender of the<lb/>
Helpless</hi> <add>as per Ch. XX:</add> or the <hi rend="underline">Defender of the Helpless</hi> may, in such<lb/>
case, of his own <del><gap/></del> <add>accord</add> interpose and proffer his<lb/>
assistance.</p>
 
<p>Art. 6. The two <del><gap/></del> concomitant and <gap/><lb/>
interpretations being thus drawn up the <hi rend="underline">Registrar</hi> will<lb/>
cause the Appellant or Appellants to <del>sign their <gap/></del><lb/>
authenticate their interpretation by <del><add>attaching thereto</add></del> their respective <del>signature</del> <add>signatures</add><lb/>
<del><add><gap/></add></del> or in the case of their refusal, he will make mention of<lb/>
the same.</p>
 
<p>Art. 7. <del>The concurrency</del> <add>Concurrence</add> in this way in the authentication<lb/>
of an <hi rend="underline">Appellants Interpretation <add>paper</add></hi> as above, will be among<lb/>
the conditions, without which no appeal on the ground of<lb/>
law will, by the Registrar of the Immediate Judicatory, be<lb/>
transmitted to the Appellant Judicatory.</p>

Art. 5. If, on the occasion in question, the party
or parties Appellant have the assistance of a Law practitioner professional Lawyer,
as per Ch. XXII, there will be the less need of any such awaiting
as per Art. 3. on the part of the Judge. If, they for want of appropriate
knowledge, judgment, or active aptitude they appear
insufficiently qualified to do justice to their own cause,
and at the same time not unable to bear the expence
of professional assistance, he will, if he sees reason
advise them to procure such assistance: if they in
his view through want of pecuniary means are unable, he will, call all
in on their behalf the assistance of the Defender of the
Helpless
as per Ch. XX: or the Defender of the Helpless may, in such
case, of his own accord interpose and proffer his
assistance.

Art. 6. The two concomitant and
interpretations being thus drawn up the Registrar will
cause the Appellant or Appellants to sign their
authenticate their interpretation by attaching thereto their respective signature signatures
or in the case of their refusal, he will make mention of
the same.

Art. 7. The concurrency Concurrence in this way in the authentication
