§.10. Power of Deputation

Art. 1. Public Pursuer
locates Deputy permanent
and occasional
and is bound to locate
apt persons in sufficient
number as Judge

per Ch. XI §.7

Art. 1. To the a Public Pursuer General the power of appointing locating
Deputies, permanent and occasional, and the obligation
of appointin locating apt persons, in constantly sufficient
number, in like manner as per Ch. XII. §.7. to the Judge.

Art. 7. Art. 6. Mode of bringing forward the Amendment
by the instrumentality of an individual special applicant.
The individual having taken note of
the article or articles, to which to him appear as standing
need of amendment, and being minded desirous to procure, by the
authority of the Judge, Immediate under and the eyes of his superordinates,
the adoption of such amendment accordingly,
frames his proposed amendment, either in employing either the
directive or in the mode, as per Ch XI Ministers
Severally §.2. Legislative Minister. The Judge proposed amendment
the Judge either after hearing what he thinks fit to
hear from the mouth of the proposer in support of the proposed
amendment either rejects it simply, or adopts it simply
or adopts it with any such super amendment as to him
seems proper substractive, additive or substitutive, as
to him seems proper: and in either of these two last cases
the result becomes of him his the proposition
of him the said Judge Immediate, and is dealt with
as above per Art. 3.4.5
