§. Prehensors Depute

Enactive

Art. 1. To a Prehensor, or to a Judge belongs the self supplitive
function: with this difference that in the case of
the Prehensor, the dipiclative instrument of deportation must be signed
not only by the Prehensor principal, but also by the Judge.
