This much may in this place be observed — that
In the next place the last preceding incident — document in

should ought to have been an answer, was in my
questioning prostrate interroga Memorial — my prostrate, and castrated, but yet inquiring interrogating — for
petitioning is interrogating — Memorial of June 1800, my
